How long do media conversions take?
All conversions take place in real time – so if you have a 3 hour tape, it will take 3 hours to convert. Once the tape has converted I then need to transfer the file to your USB/hard drive, this can generally be done within an hour.
If you need your tape transferred urgently, give me a call to discuss. I can accommodate tight deadlines.
What if my tape is damaged / too old to convert?
You will only be charged for tapes that are successfully converted.
What if my tape is TV recordings that I don’t want?
I will not transfer tv recordings unless specifically requested. You will not be charged for unwanted tv recordings.
